This is how I personally wash my 4C Natural hair on a regular basis. Sometimes I deep condition on wet hair if my hair has lots of build up or I skip a weekly wash day. MY MONTHLY REGIMEN:\r

WEEK ONE: Deep Condition and detangle on dry hair. Wash with Sulfate Free Shampoo and either do a wet style (twist out, braid out, or bantu knots) or blow dry my hair to stretch it. \r
WEEK TWO: Co-Wash (using conditioner as a shampoo) braid or twist my hair out for stretch. \r
WEEK THREE: Deep Condition and detangle on dry hair. Wash with Sulfate Free Shampoo\r
WEEK FOUR: Co-Wash (using conditioner as a shampoo) braid or twist my hair out for stretch. \r

NOTE: I dry my hair with a T-shirt because it is a more gentle way to dry your hair. I did not include my styling routine on purpose. \r
